FAQs & LEGAL
Do you deliver?
Yes, we provide local delivery at no cost to Marblehead and Swampscott, MA. For orders outside of that radius, there is a delivery fee depending on the size of the order.
Does my order need to be refrigerated?
Yes, if you’re not planning to eat your order immediately, please refrigerate until consumption. Once out of the fridge, we recommend not leaving your order out more than 4 hours.
How do I transfer my charcuterie box to a platter or board?
Each box comes with your order on parchment paper. You can open the box and easily slide your order onto any surface of your choosing.
What will come in my order?
Our meats, cheeses, and accompaniments change daily with availability and seasonality. Each box will come with a menu outlining your unique box. If you have a varietal that you’d prefer not to be included, just note that at the time of your order.
Are there vegetarian options? Accommodations for allergies?
Yes, absolutely! We are happy to accommodate most dietary restrictions, but we ask that you please note them at the time of placing the order. While we do our best to safely prepare our foods, please note it is a shared kitchen and we can never fully guarantee against cross-contamination.
How far in advance should I place my order?
48 hours is typically required to allow time for us to curate, design, and deliver. That said, if we can accommodate a rush order, we always will do so.
Grazing tables and larger events require at least one weeks advance notice.
What is your payment and cancellation policy?
Since we start curation 48 hours in advance for upcoming orders, payment must be received at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will not receive a refund. Payment can be made through our website or through Venmo.
For grazing tables and larger events curation begins a week in advance, so payment in full must be received at least a week in advance. Cancellations less than 72 hours in advance will not receive a refund.
